This 3 bedroom and bathroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living area and a ski locker to accommodate 6 guests (8 if the double sofa bed is acceptable). This apartment is located just minutes walk from the Super Morzine ski lift and Le Pleney bubble lift. Right outside the apartment is a bus stop, this is perfect to avoid walking in ski boots!

Ideally located 18 km from Annecy and 30 km from Albertville, you will be in direct proximity to the beaches of beautiful Lake Annecy. Designed, built and furnished by me, I will be very happy to welcome you to my little corner of paradise. The quality of the construction and its quiet environment and on the heights of the small village will allow you to have a relaxing holiday in an intimate setting.

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and relax in this unique and soothing setting. This return to the roots promises rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can walk in the heart of nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and bathroom ( no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered every morning as a basket.
