There is something very satisfying about sourcing a meal from sustainable small holdings, especially when the taste experience is utterly memorable! Simone and David's goats are reared outdoors, on the pristine pastures of South Wight. You can meet the animals and then buy a range of lean cuts and delicious burgers on site to cook. If you haven't yet eaten quality goat meat, this is a good place to start and the Kingston Smallholding is worth a stop on your drive through from Chale to Shorewell.
