Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909, very decorative with wooden ornaments. Recently renovated to former glory. My apartment is renovated by myself with traditional methods, exactly as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. Apartment is quiet, full of sunlight at most hours, private, colorful with high ceilings. Cozy and comfortable for families/small groups. Four-legged friends are welcome.

See hubane 28 m2 suurune korter asub 3. korrusel ning suudab majutada ära kuni 4 inimest. Elutoas lahtikäiv diivan. Korteris on smart-tv, kuid puudub kaabel televisioon. Samuti on olemas wifi. Köögis on olemas kõik vajalikud nõud kokkamiseks, samuti ka toiduained (sool,pipar,õli,kohvi,mesi,suhkur). Vannitoas on igale külalisele ettenähtud käterätik. Korteri ees on tasuta parkimine. Rand asub 20 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kaubanduskeskus 8 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
