A new and modern villa with a swimming pool, quiet and luxurious in the heart of a nature reserve, three minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in Skiathos and 10 minutes from the city center. The villa includes 3 double bedrooms. The lower apartment is a luxurious loft apartment for a couple , a fully equipped kitchen, a work area and a spacious dining area. The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two pampering bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Air-conditioning in every room, smart TV in all bedrooms and living room rooms and internet is available throughout the house.

Hakunamatata, beautiful villa near the beach .

The Villa Hakunamatata ("don't worry, be happy") is suitable for habitation till 12 people. Those who's stay in Hakunamatata, feel like living ins a smal paradise. The house and the various terraces offers a magnificent view over the Aegean sea, in total peace and tranquility, enjoyed from everywhere in and outside the villa. The villa which i built from natural stones is located at 30 meters above the Aegean sea with his small uninhabited islands and the green and beautiful coastline.

Seahouse, 1 bedroom beach apartment with patio

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Beautiful family summer home - 1 minute from a sandy (semi-private) beach. One of its kind in Skiathos. Perfect location. In the middle of an olive grove, surrounded with fig trees, this villa is perfect for a company of 6 people, ideal for families with children. A family summer house simple in its style, with full amenities. 5 minute by car to to Skiathos town (15 by bus - stop next the house). Plenty of great sea-side (literally!) restaurants 5 minutes away.
