Stylish, Quiet & Relaxing, a Hidden Gem near the Acropolis

Bright white decor with an artist's touch is evident in every part of this lovely Greek apartment. Read a book on the sofa, send some emails at the desk, and nap in the beautiful bed before heading out to explore the town. Cleanliness and professionalism have always been top priority for us but due to Covid 19 we now require some time between reservations to properly ventilate and disinfect the house in accordance to CDC protocols, linen is washed in high temperature, and we provide protective equipment such as latex gloves, masks, disinfectant, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. As a local, I can offer my insights and share some great city tips. The location is the center of Thessaloniki's beating heart, with the area a mix of the residential and commercial. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. A luxurious and fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the amazing neighborhood of Koukaki next to Acropolis. Whole apartment. I am always available for my guests! In the shadow of the Acropolis, Koukaki is defined by its unevenly paved sidewalks lined with bitter orange trees. By night, the warmly lit Filopappou monument and the colorful lights of nearby bars will leave you feeling positively charmed. Transportation From the airport: By metro take direct line 3 (every 30 minutes) - stop Syntagma and change to line 2 for 2 stops (Syngrou Fix) .The fair ticket is 9 Euro per person. Arriving at Syngrou Fix then a 10 minutes’ walk from there either a taxi can be taken with the cost of 3,50 € By taxi the cost is about 40 euros and a taxi can be taken from the taxi rank outside the arrivals hall. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. Modernized Apartment with Private Balcony

The 80 sq.m. (861 sq.ft.) apartment was renovated in June 2017. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a larger than average sized bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave oven, toaster). The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people and families are welcome. Because of the renovation our guests, will be able to enjoy the sense of the old Athenian apartment (large windows, hardwood floors) with the modern day amenities! Apart from the apartment our guests are welcome to use our rooftop where one can relax or enjoy one of the day's meals. As more apartments are available in the same building for rent, families or friends traveling together can staytogether! As this is a family-owned building one of us will be readily available should any advice be needed or any problems arise. We are very discrete and willing to help our guests with any questions they might have regarding the apartment or their Athens stay in general. The apartment is located right behind the National Gallery and very close to the Byzantine Museum, one of Athens' most beautiful cultural spots. There are numerous small bars and restaurants in the the area, while Kolonaki is a 10 minute walk away. The metro is the best way to get around in Athens but there are also numerous bus stops very close to the apartment. If you are visiting by car, we have limited free parking for our guests!
