Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Spacious, bright and right in the middle of the 2nd floor of an original old Berlin building Surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops, it is still quiet. Many sights such as the Museum Island, the Wall Memorial, Hackescher Markt and Oranienburger Straße can be easily explored on foot from here. Public transport is only a few minutes away.

This large flat is in the Prenzlauer Berg area of central Berlin and is ideally suited for parents with kids. It is right opposite a park with beautiful trees. Within 200 metres you find two playgrounds, a skate park, two sports pitches, tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, table tennis tables, two ice-cream parlours, a beer garden, a cinema and good coffee joints. Only a few bus stops away from the centre this flat is the perfect base to chill out after sightseeing.

Unique, quiet studio, great location!

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.

The flat is located in Berlin-Neukoelln. It is is ideally sized for two adults or a family. It has one bedroom with a double bed and baby bed and a guest room with a fold-out sofa or the children’s room with a bed. Please notice that you can live here with up to 4 persons, if two are children. We rent to 3 adults not four.
