Comfortable two-room apartment recently renovated in a gated building with a spacious atrium. It is located in front of the sea and pine forest, a few minutes from the center of Pescara. There are several bathing establishments, but also free beaches. Bus stop under the house, a supermarket 300 meters away, and a shopping mall with a cinema about 3 km away. Beachfront bike path and park road connecting Montesilvano with Pescara, great for motor activities such as jogging and long walks.

This luxurious wooden chalet is set in secluded five hectare gardens, with sweeping views to the Maiella mountain. Part of a small organic farm, thirty minutes from the Abruzzo International Airport, at Pescara. Relax by the swimming pool (May 15 to Oct. 15) and enjoy the serenity of this delightfully peaceful location. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your date(s) are only accomodated prior to thirty days in advance.
