My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall to the south; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool off. It has a private SPA. It is located a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dish soap, dish towel, salt and pepper.
