Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Country house apartment in beautiful Franconian Lake District

We rent a part of our house with plenty of open space in the Franconian Lake District. There's room for a whole family or friends. We live right next door and are accessible for any questions. A very good restaurant with beer garden is about 50m from us. The Great Brombach Lake about 10 km with beautiful sandy beach, excavator pond about 2 km. An important change: Dogs are not allowed anymore, because of the sheep!

My place is close to Donauwörth Nördlingen Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, " quite basic" , to which you are please not allowed to create a hotel scale. Bathroom is one staircase lower and is just for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish . Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
