Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV nook can be found down there. And exit to private porch hanging right across the sea.

A spectacular and accessible area for mountain hiking, hiking and recreational stays in beautiful nature.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Still only 20 min drive to the center of Ålesund. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, solo travelers, travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). Electric scooter can also be used. Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shared washing machine and dryer. Close to the NTNU universety.

Relax by yourself, with the family or friends at this peaceful place. Central location: - 10min drive to town center, - 15min walk to one of the biggest shopping center in Norway (Amfi Moa). In a living room it is a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm. Baby crib/cot is available. Very comfortable and fully renewed summer 2024.

The house is located in a calm area with a great sea view towards Godøya, Giske and Valderøya. Large porch and private car park that sleeps 2 cars. Walking distance to the center of Ålesund, the trip takes 10-15 minutes. The bus stop "Kirkegata" 2 minutes away.
