My Happy Place - Gorgeous and Great Location!

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

Our place is close to a paved walking/biking trail called the TART Trail, with a peek of Cedar Lake, and about a block west of West GT Bay with access to a Marina and Boat Launch. Beautiful new cabin accross from trailhead, restaurant, Bear Lake. Perfect for ATV’s, snowmobiles, fisherman, hunters. Unfortunately, we have a strict no pets policy and the person renting must be at least 21 years old with no exceptions. Children are welcome with a renter over the age of 21.
