Apartments on the island of Panglao. 1 km (15 minutes walk) to Alona beach. Large beautiful villa with swimming pool and beautiful garden. In a quiet place. Guests can cook their own meals, use the pool, barbecue, common recreation areas. Included: 3 floors, 1st floor living room + kitchen + small bedroom + shower. 2nd floor 2 large bedrooms (with air conditioning) + two showers + balcony, 3rd floor spacious attic. Weekly rentals include electricity. When renting for a month is paid separately

Budget-friendly Studio #1 w/ kitchn 10min to Alona

My place is in a nice village of Panglao near the plaza and is walking distance to the market and the 7-11 Store. A fitness gym is located above 7-11 Store. La Familia Restaurant and local cafeterias are nearby. Sorry, I do not serve breakfast or meals. I have Wi-Fi in the rooms and hot & cold water shower. My place is 8 km (10 minutes by tricycle) to Alona Beach and 3 km (5 minutes) to Moadto Strip Mall. I have 4 studio rooms in all. This room is located on the ground floor.

A bright room features two beds with white linens and vibrantly colored pink accents. A door and window with patterned curtains are present on one wall. An air conditioning unit is mounted above the window, and a compact desk can be seen in the corner.

We have a very good location and It is close to other restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and the beach. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance and the outdoor space.
