The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, the main house was built in 1734 in Franconian half-timbered style.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of the city of Hainichen, 4 km from the city center and AS Frankenberg. Conveniently located between Chemnitz and Dresden. Perfect location for excursions. Our apartment with 78 square meters is newly renovated and fully equipped. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with sofa bed (suitable for permanent sleepers) ,fireplace and large TV. Kitchen with dining area and large bathroom with shower + bathtub.

All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.
