This beautiful bright apartment is on the 4th floor of a carefully renovated old building in the middle of the south suburb. There is an elevator and on the ground floor a nice little cafe with a variety of breakfast options. In addition to the bedroom and living room, the apartment has a kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area and state-of-the-art equipment, a bathroom with bathtub, a spacious hallway and a magnificent view over the roofs of the neighborhood. Of course there is also Wi-Fi ;)

5min to the motorway, only 20km to Chemnitz, 60km to Leipzig, 90km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and the relaxing sound of the water.
