The apartment is located directly next to the Pomeranian Castle with 2 minute walk to the heart of the Old Town, 3 minute walk to the Bulwary promenade and 5 minute walk to Waly Chrobrego as well as city center. Very unique two-level apartment with living room, kitchen and half bathroom on the top and the bedroom with full bathroom on the bottom. Thanks to the convertible sofa, it provides sleeping arrangement for 4. Spacious and comfortable. Free parking!!

In the house, there is another apartment, as well as our own apartment. Theodor Fontane was already dedicated to Friedersdorf in the band "Das Oderland" in his "hikes through the Mark Brandenburg". Friedersdorf is ideal for hikes and bike rides to explore Märkische Schweiz and the Oderbruch.

House 9 by the river, National Park Warta estuary

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It says on a big yard where we also live. This unique space has its own style. The house is an open gallery house. There are no enclosed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the rays of sunshine from spring to autumn and is gladly used.

You will love my place, it is newly furnished, with balcony and a beautiful view over Friedersdorf. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). It has its own access via a staircase by the house gable.
