In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Landsbyskolen ligger 4,5 km fra Stege - og 4,5 fra fantastisk badestrand. I bor i en lille ferielejlighed i det tidligere skolehus. Der er 1 soveværelse + opholdsrum/stue med sovesofa, spiseplads, (WiFI), tv og egen terrasse og lille have, hvor der kan grilles i aftensolen. Der er adgang til køkken og eget bad/toilet. The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
