Located in the Chequamegon National Forest of Northwest Wisconsin, in the town of Delta (60 Miles East of Duluth MN and 35 miles Northwest of Hayward). Our location overlooks Lake Everett and Lake Delta with access to both lakes. Enjoy Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands, which are nearby. T and C is a pet friendly, nonsmoking, four season lakeside lodging. It is a 3 bedroom, (sleeps up to six people, each bedroom features a queen-size bed), main level master and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

This property on Kelly Lake has been in the family for generations, and just shifted into our possession recently. We've spruced up the house, and will continue to make improvements, but it's more than ready for renters! This property is 38 acres on 810 feet of frontage. You'll be renting the house, but you'll also see there's a small cabin and barn that are both in the process of being restored. Attention! G maps suggested route is incorrect. From Hwy 2 - left on 36th, right on Lake Park Rd. Private beach with spectacular views.
