Malcolm (retired Architect/builder) and Penny (retired dance teacher) started building this house in 2014. Built to provide comfortable shelter, whatever the weather, with sweeping views of the Bay of Islands. Peace and tranquility yet 1.5 kms from the centre of Russell and 2.5kms from the beautiful Long Beach. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
