Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Dbl bedroom, lge lounge with sofabed children 2 max, wet room, kitchen. Tea/coffee provided. Air fry oven. WE DO NOT ACCEPT 4 ADULTS Private patio area for guests, we back onto the RSPB, 5 mins Shuttleworth. Bedford 20 mins St Neots 10 mins MK 25 mins. Lovely walks. Train 5 mins walk. We do not accept pets as we have a 2 dogs. local shops have baker, butchers and several eating/takeaways, tesco and co-op. Lots of nice local walks .

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

The house is bright and airy with access to a very large garden. Here in the old market town of Biggleswade, you're just a 35min train ride into central London. A large retail park with a range of shops is situated behind the house, just a 60 second walk away. It’s a 20min walk into the town centre where there are many restaurants, shops, pubs, salons, etc and the train station. 10 minute walk to two different swing parks.
