Relax with your whole family in the idyllic house on a small farm in Øygarden. The place has a large patio and nice view over Hjeltefjorden. To Bergen city center 30 min.and to Kollsnes 15 mins. Shopping mall is only 8 min away by car. There are lots of great hiking trails for those who are happy to go hiking! Several playgrounds in nature for families with small children. For the fishing enthusiast, there are opportunities both from land and from boat. If you want to rent a kayak for a day or a weekend, it can be booked at Øygarden Kayak Center.

And the cooler room and freezer on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there is a dining area/ dining table for 12 persons. Nøstet is east facing, and has amazing sun conditions from early morning, to late evening. The nests have their own marina, with the attached boat. The boat (Sting 600 PRO) is equipped with sonar and map plotter

On the property there is a heated outdoor swimming pool of 80 sqm, bathhouse with sauna and a park-like garden. The bathhouse has a large covered terrace with table, chairs, fireplace and barbecue, perfect for big dinner parties. In the large and well-equipped living room with high ceilings you can find tranquility. This is the place if for those who are looking for relaxation in a luxurious setting.

Spectacular house/cabin at the seaside, 25 min drive from Bergen city centre. Here you can combine a holiday to Bergen with relaxing stay at a waterfront cabin. Private peer with jacuzzi. Great fishing conditions. Dinghy(boat) and kayak (infl). and lot of leisure equipment included (fishing and sports gear). Motorboat ++ can be rented. Sleeps 6 persons in 2 bedrooms (2 & 4single beds). Possibly 2 extra on large sofa. Not suitable for parties, stagnites etc. Must be quiet after 22:00.

Architect designed villa by the sea. The Villa is made by the award-winning Canadian architect Todd Saunders. The villa has a large boat house which is perfect for a meal by the sea, a private pier, a stunning garden, a hot-tub and swimming pool which is heated from April until October (about 30 degrees). The house has been location for both a tv-series and a design magasin. We offer our guests to rent our 14 feet boat with 15 hk and room for 5.

Leiligheten nyter en sentral beliggenhet i et fredelig område, i femte etasje med en balkong som gir panoramautsikt over sjøen, spesielt magisk ved solnedgang. Heisfasiliteter gir praktisk tilgang, mens interiøret byr på to soverom og en åpen stue-kjøkken løsning. Det er en dobbelseng, en sovesofa med plass til to, og muligens plass til en femte gjest på en luftmadrass, enten i stuen eller på soverommet, avhengig av ønsker.

great villa in rural surroundings. Large and lovely garden with heated pool, (4x10m) gap and fire pit and gas grill. Great opportunities for ball games, barbecues and outdoor activities. Short distance to the sea, swimming area, hiking trails and farm with animals. Lovely view of the sea, forest, mountains and water. Also rent a boat and jet skis.
