Very panoramic views of the surrounding countrside (oak woods, valley, olive trees). Infinity pool overlooking the valley. Fireplace, small private outside space, elegantly furnished. A charming location, a monastery from 1600 among the hills surrounding the cliff of Orvieto surrounded by greenery but a few minutes from the Duomo, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio and the motorway exit. A large garden and seasonal outdoor pool are exclusively available to visitors. It consists of three bedrooms each with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and billiards, a laundry room and a bathroom.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.
