This unique place has its own style. It is our holiday home in the south of Minas. There we have the families by father and mother. It is located on a beautiful street in the old town of Perdões. The house is representative of the 1960s and restored within the architectural features of the time. We aggregate contemporary items to provide greater comfort for guests. Amazing house to welcome the family. It has an orchard with fruit trees such as jabuticabeira, orange tree and hose. Oxygen prevails!

Close to Santa Casa, Igreja Matriz, pharmacies, supermarket and restaurant. Building with 3 apartments, being a residential (already with a resident) and a commercial (dentist). We offer bed and bath linens, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, sandwich maker, coffee maker, study table...all in a quiet and familiar environment! We don't take PETS.

The Belvedere Cabin is a hilltop getaway with plenty of green surrounding area. Situated within Sítio Bella Vista, a beautiful estate high on the Ufla. Our neighbors are UFLA and two rural properties. We have two accesses, one inside the UFLA, whose route has 800 m of dirt road. And another all asphalted, by the road of the contour of Lavras (MG 335T). Situated only 10 mins from downtown. We have radio wi-fi. We accept pets - see special conditions.
