Private Suite in small rural town

Private suite in multiunit building with private entrance and a code on the door for self-entry. You would have your own bathroom, kitchen, and living quarters. The unit is next to a recording studio so there is a chance of hearing some minor noise during working hours. It can sleep up to 4-5 but the living quarters would be a little tight. Gas station, bar and grocery store within walking distance. Kitchen comes with stove, fridge, coffee pot and cooking utensils. Wifi available upon request.

Front porch with wicker chairs, parlor sitting room, landscaped front yard. Rose's room is sunny, spacious, and comfortable. Queen brass bed, walk in closet, table and chairs. River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

A half block away from Riverview Terrace Park and a half mile down the hill to the Springfield State Recreation area boat launches, the two car attached garage. There is a fenced dog run. The house itself is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, and living, dining and rec rooms. The views are amazing!

The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.
