My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator !). It is sunbathed or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfort mode. Downtown Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, the cinemas are 10 minutes away.... If you're in the car, parking is charged in front of my house, so it's pretty easy to park!
