We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. This is a quiet beautiful area so music and hot tub need to be off by 10pm respecting the neighbours. Basement flat with private entrance and garden. Large family house with fantastic outdoor space, lots do do both at home and close by but parties are not allowed. Perched on a cliff overlooking the river with access to own pool, play areas, private woods and minutes from the open spaces of the downs. A ten minute drive to the town centre, ten minutes to WildSpace, 30 minutes from the airport and just over half an hour from the closest beach or 45 minutes to Wales.
