Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are steps to the pool and water park (water park tickets sold separately). Plenty of dining options, hiking and golf are within walking distance. In the winter, enjoy the ski-in and ski-out location. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. Relaxing Lake Champlain house!

Open and bright floor plan with direct views of the lake. Enjoy a coffee on the deck in the early morning or watch the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Plenty of beds and rec room in the basement. Families welcome. Enjoy this relaxing home on lake Champlain. Detached 6th bedroom with private deck. In summer months we have a kayak, kids kayaks, paddle boards and other lake toys. Fire pit lakside! Charcoal grill and pellet smoker. Pool table, foosball, Netflix, cable and Hulu.

Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Enjoy an upscale two story, 3 bed, 2 bath family-friendly luxury condo with a private back deck & small yard. You do not have to use your car at all. Quiet corner unit with no one above or below you. Each guest will be given a unique door code prior to check-in. Kitchen and linens are very well stocked. Well behaved dogs welcomed.
