Perfect for a stay with family or friends, 8-10 people. 10 min walk from the village of Sainte-Anne and therefore one of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe with a clear and quiet sea totally adapted to the pleasure of young children and older children.

The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Hot baths at sea, wonderful coves for swimming in front of Pigeon Island, a 10-minute walk away.

My listing is good for a couple or family (with 2 children over 2 years old). Maximum 4 people (including children). The pool is a shared pool. Close to the marina. Very large terrace to relax and enjoy the vegetation. The kitchen and the bathroom were redone in December 2023.
