Kick back and relax in this peaceful , modern, 3 year old home. Riverfront property on 5 acres. Amazing view of the Long Range Mountains across the the Grand Codroy River. A bird watcher's paradise, on a licensed salmon river , with the ocean and beaches 10 minutes away. The pace of life is slower here. A canoe ride from the front lawn brings you to ducks, geese, beavers and other wildlife. Hiking trails with stunning views, quiet rural roads for the cyclist. It's truly a beautiful get away!
