Knock it down and Start again they said! But we felt there was way too much history, character and magic in those old walls! It’s been a barn, a printing press, and even a secret chapel. Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Location, location, location. It’s not that the Pottery holiday cottage isn’t lovely (our guests are very complimentary). It’s just that we know that the main reason so many guests return to the Pottery is simply because of where it is. The Pottery nestles next to the Longmynd, a 6,000 acre area of National Trust moorland. An area of outstanding natural beauty, the scenery and views are stunning. And you're just 5 minutes drive from the supermarket and amenities of Church Stretton.
