Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to an extra bed is available in the form of a comfortable sleeping mattress to put on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

Hi, we're a family renting out an attefalls/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to airport and stop for the airport bus.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. A townhouse on top of the city's mall with all the comforts within reach. Take the elevator down to the square and take advantage of the proximity to restaurants bars market hall museums and city life. There is also a lovely luxury Gym with the sauna house to use for a fee. Parking in the garage in the basement is included and provides amazing convenience. Stop and enjoy the city if you are in transit or visit beautiful Umeå and enjoy.

Smaller farmhouse (about 45 sqm) with 1 bedroom, bathroom and combined kitchen/living room on a small horse farm with all the comforts. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden the second longest bear calle. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and barely 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are in the yard but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. All bed linens, towels and coffee are included.
