Situated on a quiet private road, bordered by woodland, and brilliantly placed for Petworth, Midhurst, Goodwood, walking on the South Downs, and the delights of Chichester and the South Coast. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom and one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area.

2 Bed Beautiful cottage with Hot tub

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.
