Washer dryer, four beds that easily sleeps 7. TV in both the master bedroom and the living room. The wonderful community also offers a swimming pool and play area for kids. Peaceful, Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sitting on Guist Creek Lake in Shelbyville, KY located very close to the Bulleit Bourbon Distillery. Lake view from two of the four bedrooms. Perfect for bird watching. Guist Creek Lake is a great kayaking and fishing lake. Patio off the main living room with patio table and chairs. Two comfortable living room spaces with smart TVs, games, and books. Beautiful sunroom overlooking the lake. Nice patio space. Lake access with boat dock.

We breed, show and raise registered myotonic goats. We have a fall and spring kidding season so if you book during that time, expect to see baby goats frolicking in the fields. The cottage is on a functioning farm with horses, cats, goats and a donkey. We offer overnight housing facilities for your own equines as well.
