Take it easy at this unique and beautiful getaway on Douglas Lake, Newport TN. Conveniently located close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains. Bring your boat/kayaks and launch at Walter’s Bridge boat dock located less than a mile away and tie up at our private boat dock, or just fish and float the day away in the lake, followed by an amazing sunset. Please be aware that Douglas Lake is a TVA lake which means lake levels fluctuate throughout the year.

The BarnLoft at Foothills Farm Cosby/Gatlinburg

Located 20 mins from Gatlinburg, 30 mins to Pigeon Forge, 5 mins to the Cosby entrance of The Great Smokey Mountain National Park. A 10 min drive will take you to multiple white water rafting companies in Hartford TN. The barn is located on a 65 acre mountain farm. Bordering Cosby Creek with about 1500ft of creek frontage where you can fish and relax in the creek.
