For those who need it, we have parking for a car in the same building (please let us know if you are going to use it to give them the corresponding card) The modern building has first-class services, in an unbeatable location, with Metro, bicycle station and Metrobus a few steps away. Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, bars and important office buildings. The central area is one of the best in the city, the building is a few steps from the new Manacar Tower and almost opposite Liverpool Insurgent Galleries. It is also very close to the Universidad Panamericana and Simon Bolivar College.

I am changing conditions, so one small family or group could stay comfortable and easy. You can access to my private Roof garden Someone will be on-site and available as needed Escandón has a great variety of places to enjoy fresh fruit, juices, coffee, bread and Mexican food. Near the loft there is a market and a small park where you can walk and talk to the people of the neighborhood. Two stops of metrobus (Escandón and NuevoLeón) in less than four blocks. Metro Chilpancingo (brown line), Metro Patriotismo (orange line) at around 10 minutes walking. Plenty of ecobicis.

This stylish place is great for family trips. It's one street from the WTC and Pepsi Center . NO DRUGS INSIDE THE BUILDING AS WELL AS PARTIES. It is forbidden to access in a state of drunkenness and cause disturbances in the apartment or in areas of the building , there are economic penalties for it. They should send me a photo of the IDs of those who book and details of your car so that they give access , if they do not do so you will not be able to make use of the reservation and there will be no refund.

Incredible apartment located in a very centric area of Mexico City, just 30 meters away from the emblematic Condesa neighborhood.
