Spacious 2 bed cottage sleeps six with private courtyard. Quiet central location with free off street parking for 2 standard size cars. Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well.
