Welcome to “Ponderosa Cottage”, this self-contained slab-timber cottage is on 25 acres with stunning views, overlooking paddocks of grazing horses and dams. The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchenette, lounging area and veranda. Ponderosa Cottage is close to wineries, restaurants, wedding & concert venues, golf courses and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and small families (Note: Children will require Adult supervision at all times).

This Charming two bedroom cottage is set on a fabulous half acre setting in the beautiful village of Broke. This stunning little cottage can sleep 2-6 guests. Accommodation consists of one queen and one double size bedroom and a large lounge area with a high quality sofa bed. The spacious lounge/dining area allows generous room for dining, reading or just relaxing on the comfy lounges and watching a great movie on the plasma TV. Prepare to fall in love with this little piece of paradise.

Hawkesbury Haven - A rural retreat

Hawkesbury Haven Cottage is an as new, beautifully furnished, free standing cabin on 12 acres in a semi-rural area between Windsor and Richmond. It has a luxurious ambiance and so suitable for a romantic weekend or catch up with close family and friends. Full kitchen, gas and wood fire heating, air con, ceiling fans, fenced patio. Fresh farm eggs, bacon, tomatoes and bread provided for a full breakfast. Along with coffee and teas and cereal. With lots of friendly farm animals.

This is an entire unit that is attached to our home but it has its own front and back doors. This is an excellent spot for bird viewing and walks along the Hawkesbury River. Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
