Murphys Del Mar, located in the historic gold rush town of Murphys, CA, is the perfect place for friends and family to get away. Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company.

Classic Executive+Lovely Yard+Best Location

A favorite house+ location; we restored it for my husband’s parents; it’s where we hope to live out our last days as well. Comfortable furnishings+ beds, vintage charm+ grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+ glass block+ beautiful front+ back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Large master w/ King bed, smart TV+ french doors+ en-suite bath w/ huge shower+ a vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+ fastest wifi+ cable too.

Our beautiful Deer Run Chalet is located in the Stanislaus Forest close to parks, great views, dining, swimming, fishing, hiking, and skiing and has access to a private neighborhood lake...You’ll love our chalet with high vaulted ceilings, wood burning stove, modern yet rustic decor, comfy beds and high-end furnishings, open kitchen, and the amount of space...good for couples, solo adventurers, and families/groups up to 10. Great location close to everything. Wkly/mo rates too! Sorry, no pets.

A quick drive from the Bay Area and you are truly on vacation. A perfect place to hang out and relax in front of the fireplace & Beautiful views of the valley and lake. Expansive deck w/ BBQ. Snow park pass included! Close to Yosemite & Gold Country towns. Local wineries!. Public lake access park 8 miles away, launch ramp for SUPS & kayaks. Private launch ramp 1 mile from the house, if I am in town, I’m allowed to let guests launch their boat. $45 a day Out by 9 PM. No O/N parking.
