Cozy yet spacious apartment suitable for up to 4 people + a little one. Bedroom with large bed is directed towards a peaceful courtyard. Travel cot and baby chair can be provided upon request. Living room has a spacious sofa that can be expanded for 2 more people to sleep comfortably and a balcony to enjoy your coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Centric place next to city parks surrounded by cute cafes and cool restaurants.

The historic building of my apartment is the centre of Brno! It is close to restaurants and dining, cinema, theaters, concert hall, museums, shopping and nightlife. The place is completely renovated with beautiful high ceilings, brand new equipped kitchen and bathroom, cable TV, new, luxurious furniture and plenty of closet space. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers (strong wifi), and families (with kids). Train station less than 10 mns walk/airport 15 mns cab ride.

The flat is located in a quiet area near the Svitava river, where you will find plenty of nice amenities for both adults and children within walking distance. The nearest MHD stop is a 5-minute walk away, and after another 15 minutes, you'll be right in the center of Brno. It is bright, has a brand new kitchen and a large terrace with splendid views. Part of the amenities is a tennis hall where you can rent an hour or two. There is a forest right at the end of the street for walks or bike rides.
