It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the best beach in the area with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the associated courtyard. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person.
