Storage space is enough to stay even 4 weeks, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, beginning Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is located on the top floor, unfortunately we do not have an elevator yet.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

Cozy roof apartment – central, Netflix, parking

Beautiful, cozy top floor apartment in a central location of Leipzig with a view over the city. All daily necessities can be found right on the doorstep (supermarkets, shops, snack bars and restaurants). By public transport you are in a few minutes in the center of Leipzig. The apartment has Wi-Fi and its own Netflix access. It was completely renovated in 2019. Top equipment with Smart TV, washing machine, dryer and Nespresso machine.

Good and Convenient

A fine, very clean, quiet and close to the center apartment(3 stops to the center and 5 to the train station). Ideal for 1 or 2 people, but also fits the 3rd elevator. Coffee. Various teas. Salt, pepper, chili powder and sunflower oil available. Sheets and towels also 2 City bicycles are available for rent zV. 1 bike 6€/day. 2 bikes €10/day. It is best to let us know when booking if there is interest in bicycles.

Spacious duplex apartment with rooftop terrace

Our apartment is located in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in immediate proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, baroque city center of Dresden with its historic attractions, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or to one of the many other highlights in the area. Shops, restaurants and doctors are very close by.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
