Spend summer evenings on the expansive veranda, taking in panoramic vistas and breathtaking sunsets and when the cooler weather arrives, unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the rustic appeal of a roaring open fire. If you are keen for adventure, take an exhilarating wilderness walk or kayaking adventure on the Tooloom river. Pack a picnic hamper, fishing rods and sunglasses and head for the river, where you can cast a lure and wait for a bass to strike. The architecturally designed homestead is perfect for large families or groups, with its wrap around veranda and spacious, travertine ensuites, adjoining every room. For biosecurity reasons, we ask that you leave your pets at home, but feel free to encounter the many cattle, horses, Pretty Faced Wallabies, occasional shy koalas and platypus that call this landscape their home. The lounge room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood heater, LCD television, stereo and DVD player. A variety of board games and movies are provided. There is a double lockup garage and a highset carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

Beautiful Whole Farmhouse in the Condamine Gorge near Killarney and Queen Mary Falls. Great place for families to be families without TV and WIFI. Lots of swings in trees, creeks, gentle cows in paddocks, outdoor and indoor fireplaces with spectacular views up and down the gorge. Located in the beautiful Scenic Rim under two hours drive from Brisbane. There is also currently no mobile reception (plus for some, negative for others!), but there is a free landline phone.
