Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together, but would like to keep their privacy. s'Mühlehäusle

Our mill house is a detached small half-timbered house renovated with a lot of love, nestled in a large, idyllic garden and part of the former grain mill located on the outskirts of Altingen. On two floors with a total of 120 square meters, the listed gem welcomes you and offers you everything you need to feel good. It is designed for 2 adults and families with children.

One-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom

The apartment is particularly suitable for working people or family visits here in the region. Mähringen is located between Reutlingen and Tübingen and has good connections in all directions. The small apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom (newly renovated in 2020). The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 100 year old renovated farmhouse.

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
