Welcome to High View Haven - A cute beach cottage in a bush setting with ocean views, only a stones throw from the beach. Set on a rustic bush block, High View Haven suits groups up to 11 people with 4 bedrooms including one self contained flat. There is a well equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, Pizza Oven and deck overlooking the ocean. Perfect for getaways with family or friends, designed with kids and pets in mind. The cottage is located in Surf Beach, NSW, which is 10 minutes from Bateman's Bay and is two minutes walk to Wimbie Beach. This beach is tranquil with small waves great for kids, supping, kayaking and snorkelling around the rocks. A short 10 min drive to Bateman's Bay. But you could put the car away with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket and bottle shop all within an easy walk (10 minutes) within Surf Beach. Unfortunately, the house is not available to schoolies groups and noise restrictions are in place after 10:00pm

Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊
