My place is a spacious one bedroom flat on the ground floor, in a coastal town just under 40’ minutes from Edinburgh city centre by train or 45 minutes by bus. Ideal for those who enjoy walking coastal routes as the town has breathtaking views of the forth bridges. The town also has many restaurants, pubs, take away shops and supermarkets. My flat is ideal for those with a car exploring Scotland outside of the capital city or for those who like to mix the city life with the quiet countryside.

The 4 singles share the attic floor and are 2 twin bed areas/rooms with door privacy which inter-connect and share the same access. Street parking is free outside the house.

An entire private place (attached to our house) approx 25sqmtrs with your own entrance to a clean, tidy, well lit, self contained personal living space with comfortable sofa, mini kitchen/dining, through to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, in addition the sunroom offers stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh and the river Forth. Bread, milk, cereal, butter, jam, coffee and tea are all provided along with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge.

Countryside self-contained studio flat.

Situated equidistant between Perth, Edinburgh and rural east Fife this is a tranquil, self-contained one-bedroom flatlet, sitting within a lovely garden which guests are welcome to enjoy. There are many good and varied restaurants and cafes in Dunfermline, three miles away, however if you want to "eat in", the kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a simple meal. Please note that there is no oven and the electric hob is a single hob.

Fordell loft is a self contained studio in the sleepy village of Fordell, free private carparking right beside loft in courtyard , 10 minutes east of Dunfermline , 10 minutes from Aberdour beach , close to M90 and A92. Bus service is 10 minutes walk to crossgates . Park and ride at Halbeath interchange provides excellent links throughout scotland , Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh airport are roughly thirty minutes away by car x
