Cozy cottage completed in 2019 and comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake view. In one bedroom, a double bed (160cm), the other with 2 double beds (140cm) as a bunk bed. Shower and water toilet in the cottage. A small canopy with a beach deck, a gas grill, and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, a hot tub and a terrace with a stunning evening sun. The beach is shallow and suitable for children. The plot is calm and protected by the tree from neighbors. No pets.

Sauna (magnificent view), toilet, shower, gas grill, private beach, jetty, jacuzzi are for private use of guests. Basic amenities, e.g. wifi, TV, dishes, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee and water kettle, etc., detergents can be found in the cabin. Sofa bed with 140 cm thick mattress & pillows/blankets. One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
