We suggest hosting you in our family pavilion. Called "Manapany"; this 1962 villa has been renovated in a contemporary way and we have created a studio for friends, family... So you can enjoy the tranquility and privacy of this studio: totally independent of the rest of the pavilion, directly accessible from the outside. In the opinion of the guests: ideal for a romantic weekend or just a business trip. You will then discover why we are so good in this house: a quiet area but with all the amenities: easy parking, small supermarket 150m away (open until 8 p.m. and Sunday morning) And above all: less than 3km from the hyper-center, bus stop just in front, easy and free parking.

Pretty fully restored house at the foot of the Loire River, near the old port, in a beautiful environment , very quiet. Garden without opposite side delimited by a hedge . Village full of charm and many castles less than 20 kms away. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, large living room with fireplace, convertible sofa and a single bed. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two pull-out beds for children (no toilets upstairs)

Fully renovated studio of 20 sqm, adjoining our main residence. Son is independent. Possible access to the garden. Parking is available in our courtyard. You will find an equipped kitchen (microwave, plates, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, cot. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some necessities. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will enjoy it for its calm.
