The house is surrounded by green where you can spend a relaxing holiday with your family or with your friends. it is 45 km from Pescara, a seaside city and it's about 2 km from the small medieval village set in the mountain's rock and approachable only on foot. You can reach many towns and villages like "Castel del Monte" , "Campo Imperatore" , "San Valentino" known for the gooness of the homemade ice cream, "Sant'Eufemia a Majella" known for the quality of the milk products and so much other.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This luxurious wooden chalet is set in secluded five hectare gardens, with sweeping views to the Maiella mountain. Part of a small organic farm, thirty minutes from the Abruzzo International Airport, at Pescara. Relax by the swimming pool (May 15 to Oct. 15) and enjoy the serenity of this delightfully peaceful location.
