This lovely gem is located in popular cottage area, close to Ebeltoft. On the great natural plot, there is peace and quiet with bird whistle, wildlife and high to the sky. The cottage contains a new kitchen and new floors. Lovely conservatory overlooking the large garden. Large bedroom and a small room with bunk bed and bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. Wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as electric radiators. On the grounds there is also an annex with two sleeping places. In the annex there is an electric radiator.

Charming dog-friendly cottage (dog shelter in back door out to escape-proof dog yard and fenced garden. Renovated in 2023 and stylishly decorated and with low-energy appliances. Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Child-friendly house in green and undisturbed surroundings 20 minutes from the beach. We have four large rooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, huge serene garden and lots of space. Our house is an old whitewashed smallholding on a 4500 m2 plot that has been carefully renovated. It's undisturbed at the end of a dirt road up by a forest. When we are not renting the whole house, we rent out a single room with a rating of 4.86 on 43 reviews.
