Constructed nearly 50 years ago, and recently renovated, it has old style tiling, big long sliding doors and great cozy elegant feel to it, you'll love the peaceful atmosphere and garden with hundreds of orchids, flowers and other plants. All basic conveniences and necessities very close by.

Also: ten minute walk from the bus stop, Mc Donald´s and the nearest supermarket; 10 min walk from the "Universidad de Costa Rica´s Sports Center". Private garage for 1 small-medium size car.
