The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Apartment on the second floor of a stone house, on two levels with a separate entrance. It can accommodate up to 5 people. For use of the apartment: private parking space, pool and garden shared with other guests. A/C, Wi-Fi, safe. Public transportation stop for the city of Como and Colico in mt. 20. The apartment is near the main road, which runs along the lake, for this reason there may be noise from cars in transit.
